About Tribal Educational and Development Society.


Tribal Educational and Development Society founded on 15 December 2021 by Founder Member of the Society Dr. Sumit Madhukar Dhak. He is done B.Tech (Agricultural Engineering) from Konkan Krishi Vidhyapeeth, Dapoli. He is done M.E. and Ph.D in Soil and Water Conservation Engineering with honour from Maharana Pratap University of Agricultural and Technology. He received ICAR JRF award in Masters, Inspire award in Ph.D. In 2019 give State level Adivasi Ratna award for academic excellence by Tribal Department of Government of Maharashtra.

The special focus of the Tribal Educational and Development Society (TEADS) is empowerment of the educational, agricultural, rural development and social status for disadvantaged sections i.e. scheduled tribes, scheduled castes, other backward classes, women and children. The main aim of the Tribal Educational and Development Society (TEADS) is to strengthening of for vulnerable groups such as schedule tribe people, women and children through education, agriculture, cultural activities, economic development program, livelihood and skill development training.

Our Mission

Tribal Educational and Development Society (TEADS) Mission is to complete the concept of smart village by making peoples live self-reliant by implementing the activities like enabling education and local business opportunities, improving health and welfare, establish schools and colleges for literacy, implementation of integrated watershed management program and implementation of soil water conservation activities. Strengthening of rural tribal peoples (Vulnerable) livelihood by using modern agriculture high-tech technology.
